Chargebacks bring substantial operational harm to cross-border merchants. Frequent chargebacks result in direct revenue loss, push up chargeback ratios, and damage card scheme credit standing. This may lead to payment gateway throttling, penalty restrictions or even account suspension. In addition, chargebacks raise heavy workloads on dispute responses, manual reviews and after-sales communication, hindering regular business operation and global growth.
This solution provides proactive chargeback pre-warning and intelligent disposition, integrated with real-time dispute notification networks of global major card schemes. It triggers risk alerts within the 24-72 hour golden response window after a cardholder raises a transaction inquiry with the issuing bank. Merchants gain sufficient time to negotiate, issue proactive refunds and resolve disputes amicably, intervening before disputes escalate into formal chargebacks and avoiding chargeback records at the source.
Backed by cross-network data collaboration covering thousands of global issuing banks, the platform detects and resolves potential disputes across Visa, Mastercard and other major international card brands, covering over 70 countries and regions worldwide. It fits cross-border e-commerce, independent storefronts, subscription billing, digital goods and other global business scenarios.

You pay per alert, so costs scale with the number of dispute notifications you receive. There are three independent alert types, not tiers you upgrade through. The Chargeback Alert dimension covers early dispute warnings before a chargeback is filed. The Chargeback RDR and Chargeback CDRN dimensions handle disputes through card-network resolution channels. RDR and CDRN carry the same per-alert rate, while the Chargeback Alert rate is separate. You can use one, two, or all three types together based on the alert sources you need to cover.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one alert for billing across the three dimensions?
One alert is a single dispute notification tied to one transaction. The Chargeback Alert dimension counts early-warning notices before a chargeback is filed. The Chargeback RDR and Chargeback CDRN dimensions each count one network-channel resolution notice. You pay each time a notification arrives, so counts follow your dispute volume.
Which alert type usually drives most of my cost, and do they bill together?
All three dimensions bill independently and appear on the same invoice. Your cost depends on how many notifications each channel sends. If early-warning notices dominate your disputes, the Chargeback Alert dimension drives most cost. If network-resolution disputes dominate, the Chargeback RDR and Chargeback CDRN dimensions drive it. There is no bundled rate.
Am I charged if I resolve or refund a dispute before it becomes a chargeback?
You are charged per alert received, not per resolution outcome. An early notification through the Chargeback Alert dimension still counts as one alert even when you refund and stop the chargeback. The fee reflects delivery of the dispute signal, so acting early does not remove that per-alert charge.
