Refunds are processed through a regional account manager based upon the region in which the organisation resides. This would be after the trial period in which the customer ensures the solution performs exactly as expected. The customer would need to prove they have been mis sold a product or service offered by Lepide.

The introduction of a full web console in Version 24.0.2 further solidifies LDSP's position as a user-friendly and powerful tool for protecting sensitive data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In the web console version of Lepide 24.0.2, users will now have access to:
- Full index-based eDiscovery
- All pre-defined reports from the main console
- Permissions reporting
- A host of other performance enhancements and improvements. Usage instructions
- Log in to the AWS Management Console and navigate to Amazon EC2 launch wizard.
- Select Lepide Data Security Platform in the software list and launch the instance.
- Wait for a few minutes for the instance to load (could take up to 10 minutes).
- In the "Connect To Your Instance" dialog, select "Get Password" next to Password.
- Select your Key Pair file and click "Decrypt Password".
- Copy the password. This password will be used to connect to the instance where the product is going to be deployed. It will also be used for the Lepide DSP service account and SQL Server service account. You can always reset it after deployment.
- Select "Download Remote Desktop File" and launch the Remote Desktop Connection window by clicking the downloaded RDP file.
