Eviden Preconfigured Solution (EPS) for S/4HANA transformation

Eviden Preconfigured Solution (EPS) is a ready to run S/4 HANA foundation based on SAP Best Practices complemented with Eviden industry knowledge. This template-based solution enables organizations to accelerate S/4 HANA transformations by helping manage overhead and product cost, manufacturing and integration with execution systems, supplier evaluation, demand-driven replenishment (DDMRP), advanced ATP and variant configuration. The solution can be deployed either on-premise or on the cloud and provides extensive integration capabilities with other solutions (social, mobility, analytics, IoT) and with shop floor solutions like SAP ME, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS).

EPS is offered as part of S/4HANA pre-study and implementation project. It accelerates the project through its agile implementation approach and is used during the Prepare, Explore and Realize phases. It facilitates various project activities like system walkthrough, initial functional workshops, testing end-to-end processes with the new FIORI user interface and training.
