Overview
Solvren AI turns the open-source AWS GenAI IDP Accelerator into a production document processing pipeline in your own AWS account: tuned to your documents, tested, secured, and integrated with your systems.
Manual document handling slows down claims, onboarding, lending, and compliance, and traditional OCR pipelines break when layouts change. The accelerator is a serverless pipeline built on Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock Data Automation, Amazon Textract, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, and Amazon DynamoDB. It is a starting point; our engagement adds the testing, safeguards, security review, and validation needed for production.
Typical path: Assessment (2 weeks), Pilot (4 to 6 weeks), Production (8 to 12 weeks). You can start at any stage.
The engagement includes discovery of your document classes and an accuracy baseline; deployment via CloudFormation with KMS encryption, Amazon Cognito authentication, and private networking where required; classification and extraction configuration using few-shot examples and custom prompts; human-in-the-loop review for low-confidence fields; an evaluation framework measuring field-level accuracy against your ground-truth documents and cost per page; integration with downstream systems such as ERP, CRM, claims platforms, or a data lake via APIs or events; and a security and performance review, runbooks, and team training.
Deliverables: the deployed pipeline as infrastructure-as-code in your account, document class configurations and prompts, an evaluation report covering accuracy, confidence thresholds, and cost per page, integration code and API documentation, and a security review summary with operations runbooks.
Prerequisites: an AWS account with Amazon Bedrock model access in your target Region, 20 to 50 representative sample documents per document class (with expected outputs where available), and a business owner and technical contact.
Documents are processed only by AWS services in your account, in the Regions and models you choose, with in-Region models available for data residency. We do not host the solution. You own the full deployment and configuration, with no license fees or lock-in.
AWS infrastructure and model usage charges (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Textract, and related services) are billed directly to you by AWS and are not included in our fee. The Assessment includes a cost-per-page estimate for your documents.

What is included with this engagement:
Before deployment, we help you confirm your AWS account is ready, including Amazon Bedrock model access in your target Region, and agree on the document classes, sample documents, and accuracy targets for the engagement.
During the engagement, we deploy and configure the pipeline in your AWS account, tune classification and extraction for your documents, and report measured accuracy and cost per page against your ground-truth samples.
At handover, you receive the infrastructure-as-code, configurations, evaluation report, integration documentation, operations runbooks, and a live training session.
Response times: we respond to support requests by email during business hours. Assessment, Pilot, and Production packages do not include an uptime or availability service level, because the solution operates inside your AWS account on infrastructure we do not control. Ongoing operation with a support SLA is available as the Managed IDP Operations package.
