The service leverages AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), Amazon Cognito, and AWS Directory Service to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions that integrate easily with on-premises and cloud systems. Combined with SmartGlue , Symphony3’s AWS-powered integration platform, it enables unified access across multiple council applications and APIs, reducing complexity, strengthening compliance, and improving the user experience for both employees and the public.
