    Overview

    This professional service supports the adoption, utilization, and insourcing of AWS generative AI services, including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker AI, and Amazon Q. Deploying generative AI into real business operations requires prompt optimization to improve response accuracy, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation that securely connects internal data to AI, and robust security controls. With the emergence of AI agents, flexible data integration mechanisms and a resilient foundation are becoming essential. As an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, NCDC Co., Ltd. concentrates on these highly specialized areas and provides end-to-end support, from architecture design using AWS services through implementation and the establishment of operating structures.

    Our offering covers three areas. (1) Generative AI consulting and PoC: we identify where generative AI applies based on interviews about your business challenges, then rapidly build prototypes using Amazon Bedrock and related services. We validate response accuracy and efficiency gains against your actual internal data to minimize risk before full-scale adoption, and can provide reference architectures tailored to your use case. (2) Amazon Bedrock enablement and insourcing: we transfer practical know-how on efficient RAG implementation, accuracy improvement, and AI agent development to your team through on-the-job training. (3) AI governance: we support the development of guidelines for data usage and security, rules for application management and maintenance, and the launch of an internal AI CoE (Center of Excellence) function.

    What sets NCDC apart is the combination of AWS and generative AI engineering with UX design expertise. Even a high-performing AI application will not take hold if it is difficult to use. We assign designers to the project and address UI design suited to the user's context, including flows that make it easy to enter effective prompts. In one engagement with a major electronics manufacturer, we built a RAG application on Amazon Bedrock that searches and answers questions across a large volume of internal documents, while transferring the technology to the customer's engineers in parallel. NCDC holds AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner status, participates in the AWS partner program promoting insourcing enablement in Japan, and has achieved AWS Lambda Service Delivery Program designation.     Pre-contract consultation, requirements interviews, engagement planning, and quotations are provided at no charge. You are welcome to reach out even before your requirements are defined. We will arrange a meeting attended by consultants and engineers experienced in generative AI, learn about your current state and goals, and design the optimal scope, timeline, and team. Initial meetings can be held online, and we have a strong track record of delivering successful projects with customers outside the Tokyo area.
