Scout is a next-generation IT reliability platform designed to enhance operational efficiency through advanced AI-driven analytics. At its core is the Reliability Path Index (RPIScore), an innovative scoring system that quantifies IT reliability using a weighted methodology based on real-world industry applications. Scout stands out from traditional observability and AIOps tools by prioritizing business-driven outcomes rather than overwhelming teams with excessive telemetry. It focuses on thirteen key metrics that impact IT reliability, providing predictive AI insights through simulations rather than static monitoring. The platform standardizes IT reliability data, making it accessible to both IT teams and business executives. Ideal for IT operations optimization, enterprise AI observability, and predictive analytics, Scout-itAI empowers organizations to align IT performance with financial and operational goals.
Scout is an AI-powered reliability platform built around a governed digital workforce, a coordinated ecosystem of specialized agents that operate like a high-performing operations team. Each agent has a distinct role and area of expertise spanning both IT performance and business reliability insight. Scout applies a promise-driven framework where agents explicitly commit to what they monitor, forecast, and improve. This creates accountability, transparency, and consistent delivery across the entire system, turning reliability into a disciplined, measurable process instead of a reactive response.
At the center of the platform is the patented Reliability Path Index (RPI), a business-aligned score that converts complex IT conditions into a clear measure of service health executives can understand. Scout is designed for organizations that want reliability expressed in business language, not technical noise. The agentic workforce prioritizes actions that measurably improve outcomes, reduces Mean Time to Resolution, and aligns IT performance with financial impact. Instead of overwhelming teams with telemetry, Scout focuses attention on the few variables that truly move service stability, and assigns specialized agents to optimize them continuously.
The platform operates across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, integrates with existing observability and ITSM tools, and provides up to 12 months of historical insight. Its SaaS architecture and API-first design allow rapid adoption without disrupting workflows. Security is embedded into the governed agentic framework, ensuring sensitive operational data remains protected while enabling autonomous optimization.
Scout-itAI represents a shift from monitoring systems to managing outcomes. By deploying a living AI workforce patterned after natural swarm intelligence, governed by a central critic, and structured around operational promises, organizations gain a reliability engine that continuously learns, predicts, and improves, aligning IT performance directly with business success.
Please note the dimensions "Scout Module" and "Scout Additional Executions" are add-ons that require the purchase of either "Scout EIS" or "Scout Platform".
Highlights
Patented Reliability Path Index (RPI) for Service Health:
A unique 13-bucket scoring system that quantifies and optimizes IT reliability using real-world industry data, providing dynamic visibility into service health. This democratized approach normalizes reliability insights, making them easily understandable for both IT teams and business executives to proactively address issues before they impact operations.
Predictive Reliability Intelligence:
Strategist agents simulate future scenarios to estimate reliability gains before investments are made, enabling measurable and defensible decision-making.
Governed AI Workforce
Scout deploys a coordinated swarm of specialized agents that operate like a swarm: independent experts collaborating toward shared reliability goals. Each agent owns a defined promise and role within the system. Analyst agents merge signals across monitoring systems to uncover hidden correlations, reduce alert fatigue, and accelerate resolution.

Scout offers two starting products, each billed by units. Scout EIS includes out-of-the-box AI agents and business services reliability, with up to 10,000 executions. Scout Platform includes essential AI agents, one select module, and up to 10,000 executions. You build on either starting product with two add-ons. Scout Module adds a module and up to 10,000 executions. Scout Additional Executions adds 10,000 more executions. Both add-ons require an existing Scout EIS or Platform purchase. Executions measure the work your AI agents perform, and you scale capacity by adding execution blocks.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one execution for billing purposes?
An execution measures one unit of work performed by your AI agents. This includes tasks like workflow automation, decision routing, and processing steps. Each product bundle covers up to 10,000 executions. You track usage against this count and add capacity when you approach the limit.
What happens when I use up my included 10,000 executions?
Executions do not scale automatically. You purchase Scout Additional Executions, which adds 10,000 more executions in a block. This add-on requires an existing Scout EIS or Platform purchase. You add blocks manually as your agent workload grows.
How do the add-on dimensions combine with a base product on my bill?
You start with Scout EIS or Scout Platform as your base. Scout Module and Scout Additional Executions bill separately on top of that base and require it. Module capacity and execution capacity scale independently, so you add whichever dimension matches your need.
