PTP Core is a two-to-three-day workshop followed by a custom 100-day transformation plan. Working from an executive kickoff, we assess where your AWS business is now against where you want it, sharpen your go-to-market strategy and Marketplace approach, run a full capability and competency assessment, and leave you with a prioritized roadmap. Monthly check-ins with your consultant then keep execution on track, from milestone tracking through opportunities logged in AWS Customer Engagements (ACE).

Beyond the Core program, focused modules go deeper on the areas where partners are growing fastest: Generative AI, Agentic AI, AWS Marketplace, and Digital Sovereignty. Each is a short, hands-on engagement matched to your maturity, and can follow the Core program or stand on its own.
