Run Lighthouse tests:
- Connect to the terminal via SSH (port 22) and log in as user 'ubuntu'
- Run Lighthouse in the terminal with 'xvfb-run lighthouse https://automation.silverlining.cloud '.
- To run Lighthouse in a Node.js script, navigate into /home/ubuntu/lighthouse-example and run the demo script with 'node index.js'.
