XalDigital leverages AWS Migration Hub for centralized tracking, AWS Application Migration Service for lift-and-shift execution, and AWS Database Migration Service for schema conversion and data replication. Each engagement begins with a comprehensive discovery and assessment phase using AWS Application Discovery Service, AWS Transform assessments, and the AWS Well-Architected Tool, producing a prioritized migration backlog, TCO analysis, and EC2 instance recommendations. Wave-based execution enables incremental risk management, parallel validation, and business continuity throughout the migration lifecycle. For workloads requiring active modernization, XalDigital integrates AWS Transform's agentic AI to accelerate transformation at scale.
