AI Agent Development on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore by Triangu

     Info
    Sold by: Triangu
Your teams prototype AI agents in notebooks and scripts, without identity, memory, or cost limits; Triangu builds your first production-grade agent on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. Start with a fixed-scope proof of concept, or go straight to production if the use case is already validated. One workflow, the tools it needs (your APIs, AWS Lambda, MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers), and success measured on 30-50 real tasks: completion rate, escalations, latency, and cost per task.

    Overview

    WHO THIS IS FOR

Platform, product, and IT operations teams that have prototyped agents (scripts, notebooks, framework demos) and need one that runs unattended with identity, tools, memory, guardrails, observability, and a cost limit; or teams starting from a workflow such as IT support triage, operations runbooks, order or claims handling, or internal back-office tasks.

    TWO WAYS TO START

Track A - Proof of concept (weeks, not months): the phases below, in your AWS account, with measured results and a production plan. Track B - Production implementation: for teams that already validated the use case; Triangu starts from the production architecture, and the same phases become design, build, and hardening sprints. Both tracks are fixed scope, priced in the private offer. Track A is also sold under Triangu's listing "Generative AI Proof of Concept on Amazon Bedrock."

TRACK A - PROOF OF CONCEPT (weeks, not months)

Phase 1 - Workflow and Tools: Selection of one workflow with a business owner, success metrics (task completion rate, escalation rate, handling time, cost per task), an inventory of the systems the agent must read or act on (APIs, databases, ticketing, AWS services), the permission matrix per tool, and 30-50 real tasks as the evaluation set. Phase 2 - Build: The agent on Strands Agents (or your framework: LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK) deployed on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime; your APIs and AWS Lambda functions exposed as tools through AgentCore Gateway; AgentCore Memory for context across sessions; AgentCore Identity for user sign-in and outbound credentials to third-party systems; Amazon Bedrock Guardrails and AgentCore Policy for action boundaries; AgentCore Observability in Amazon CloudWatch; a per-agent cost budget with alerts through an application inference profile. Phase 3 - Evaluate and Plan: Runs against the evaluation set with AgentCore Evaluations and human review, failure-mode analysis, model comparison through the Amazon Bedrock Converse API, a production architecture, and a cost model at your volumes.

    DELIVERABLES

    1. Working agent in your AWS account, deployed with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
    2. Tool catalog and permission matrix (which system the agent may read or change, under which identity).
    3. Evaluation report: completion rate, escalation rate, latency, cost per task, known failure modes.
    4. Production architecture, AWS Pricing Calculator estimate, and operations runbook draft.
    5. Knowledge transfer session and source code handover.

    HOW IT IS BUILT

Amazon Bedrock AgentCore is model- and framework-agnostic, so the foundation model (Amazon Nova, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, Mistral) stays a configuration setting through the Amazon Bedrock Converse API, and your framework choice is preserved. No data leaves your AWS account; private connectivity through AWS PrivateLink is available (see Triangu's listing "Amazon Bedrock Landing Zone: Private Access and Cost Control").

    PREREQUISITES

An AWS account with Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore available in your chosen region; API access to one to three target systems with a test environment; one business owner and one technical contact available about 2 hours per week.

TRACK B - PRODUCTION IMPLEMENTATION (after track A, or directly)

Triangu offers the production rollout of the agent (more workflows, all users, SSO (Single Sign-On), monitoring, runbooks, and a Well-Architected Framework Review of the workload) and ongoing managed operations under the AWS Cloud Operations Competency practice.

    FUNDING

Qualifying customers may receive AWS proof of concept funding through AWS partner programs; Triangu prepares the funding request with you before the engagement starts. Eligibility is decided by AWS.

    Highlights

    • A production-grade agent, not a demo: Strands Agents (or your framework) on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime, with your APIs and AWS Lambda functions as tools through AgentCore Gateway, AgentCore Memory, AgentCore Identity for user and outbound credentials, and AgentCore Observability in Amazon CloudWatch.
    • Measured on your work: 30-50 real tasks scored on completion rate, escalation rate, latency, and cost per task, with AgentCore Evaluations plus human review, a permission matrix per tool, Amazon Bedrock Guardrails and AgentCore Policy for action boundaries, and a per-agent cost budget with alerts.
    • Two entry points: a fixed-scope proof of concept, or production implementation if the use case is already validated. Model- and framework-agnostic through the Amazon Bedrock Converse API, delivered by an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner with the AWS Cloud Operations Competency. May qualify for AWS proof of concept funding.
