You pay by the hour for this SQLite image running on Windows Server 2022. Pricing scales with the EC2 instance type you choose. The options span general-purpose sizes (t3.medium, t3.large, t3.xlarge, m5.large, m5.xlarge, m6i.large, m6i.xlarge), compute-optimized sizes (c5.large, c5.xlarge, c5.2xlarge), and memory-optimized sizes (r5.large, r6i.large). Larger instances with more CPU and memory carry higher hourly rates. You subscribe only while an instance runs, with no long-term commitment. Charges are collected through AWS, not the vendor directly.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What resources do I get for the hourly rate on each instance type?
Each hourly rate covers the pre-built SQLite image on Windows Server 2022 running on the EC2 instance you pick. Instance types differ in CPU and memory: general-purpose (t3, m5, m6i), compute-optimized (c5), and memory-optimized (r5, r6i). Larger instances give more CPU and RAM at higher hourly rates.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or not running?
You pay the software rate only while an instance runs. If the instance is not running, there is no software charge. There is no long-term commitment; you subscribe only for the time you need. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage fees separate from the software rate.
Do I pay the vendor directly, and are any licenses included?
You do not pay Cloudwrxs directly. The cloud provider collects payment through AWS. Where a license is required, the vendor states it in the product listing. SQLite is open-source, so the hourly charge reflects the packaged image on Windows Server 2022, not a separate database license.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
