Overview
Utilizing the MontyCloud Well-Architected Review Assessment, Insight architects will guide clients through each question related to the six applicable pillars. These sessions are designed to be interactive, involving client resources who are knowledgeable about the application stack under review. Insight architects will document responses and provide clarifying notes to ensure comprehensive context. A session encompassing all WAFR questions may require 4-6 hours and can be divided into two sessions for optimal convenience.
Following completion of the WAFR session, Insight architects will conduct a thorough review of the results. Based on AWS best practices and Insight's expertise, recommendations for mitigating identified risk items will be developed. These recommendations will incorporate any specific limitations and requirements shared by the client during the review session. The results will be summarized in a comprehensive document.
Insight will present to the client all risk items identified through the WAFR Tool, ranking them by severity. A high-level description of potential remediation strategies will also be discussed during the presentation. The client may then determine which risk items they will address internally and which ones they would like Insight to remediate. Should the client choose to engage Insight for remediation, Insight will prepare a Statement of Work (SoW).
