We will start with a 30-minute meeting where our team will tell you about the complete experience from the review to the work plan. We will see the program importance in the industry, cases, main objectives, technical documentation of each pillar and deliverables of the solution.

After that initial call, the most important stages will come:

1. AWS Well-Architected Review: Interview with technical and business team for validation and verification of the current production architecture and infrastructure. Review of each of the AWS services used. This includes +60 questions based on the 5 pillars: Security, Operational Excellence, Performance, Reliability and Cost Optimization. Estimated duration: 2-4 hours.

2. Report presentation: We will present a detailed report about each of the risks identified in the review for each of the 5 pillars. Among with that, a detailed remediation plan with priorities and toolset to accomplish the remediation. This is a meeting of 2 hours.

3. Remediation plan: If you decide to continue, DinoCloud will ensure a PM, a lead architect and cloud engineers who will work together with your team in the risk mitigation process.

Deliverables

For AWS Well-Architected Review only:

• 30 minute Introductory Call
• 2-4 hour Well-Architected Review Meeting/Workshop
• Delivery of initial Well-Architected Review report
• Recommendations to remediate High Risk items

For AWS Well-Architected Review and remediation, you also get:

• Cloud Engineers and Architect time (1-3 month plan) towards remediation.
• At least 25% of the business priority risks solved working together with us.
• Submission of Well-Architected Reviews to AWS and a refund of $5,000 in credits for you.

After we submit the before and after Well-Architected Reviews to AWS, AWS will send you a survey asking you to rate your experience working with DinoCloud. After completing the survey, AWS will issue the service credit for $5,000 which can be applied to your AWS account.
