AI Readiness Workshop

The AI Readiness Workshop is conducted jointly by our experienced business consultants and TBSCG AI experts, and enables your organization to:

• Gain a clear, non-technical introduction to today’s AI landscape, from large language models to applied machine learning.
• Explore real-world use cases in digital experience, operations, and software development.
• Align leadership and teams around AI opportunities that deliver measurable business impact.
• Identify priority use cases and outline a realistic roadmap for AI adoption across services, internal processes, or development practices.
• Explore how you can accelerate your AI journey using AWS funding.
• Forge understanding of AWS AI services—such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and Q Business—and see how they can fit into your AI roadmap, while also scanning broader industry trends.

By the end of the workshop, you will have obtained an understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and guardrails.

TBSCG will create a tailored report including:

• Documented business objectives and expectations for AI adoption.
• A shortlist of high-value AI use cases tailored to your organization.
• Cost/Value analysis of proposed use cases
• A practical roadmap for piloting and scaling AI initiatives.

Delivered as a 3-4 hour session, either in a single day or split across two shorter sessions and it can be tailored to your specific expectations and needs. It can be done remotely or on-site. It will typically consist of the following:

• Embedded AI Engineer expert teams – A dedicated expert team to work wiithin your organization to build initial real-world use cases, and establish AI practices within your business
• AI Assisted Software Development workshop – an AI onboarding session targeted at your own software developers to bring them up to speed on the power of AI for coding.
