AWS Well-Architected Framework (WARF)

An AWS Well-Architected Review (WAR) is one of the highest-leverage 1-week engagements an AWS customer can run. Done properly, it produces a prioritised list of high-risk issues, a remediation roadmap, and — for many customers — a path to AWS funding credits worth several multiples of the review effort. Done poorly, it is a checklist exercise that nobody acts on.
