This is the free RLC+ 9 software for aarch64 (Arm-based) systems. The software itself carries no license charge across every option listed. Pricing is organized purely by AWS EC2 instance type, each billed per hour of use. You pick the instance that matches your workload, from small shared-core sizes to large multi-core, memory-optimized, storage-optimized, GPU, and bare-metal machines. Your hourly cost scales with the compute, memory, and storage capacity of the instance you choose. Larger instances cost more per hour because they provide more resources. You pay only for the hours each instance runs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the software itself cost, and what am I actually paying for per hour?
The RLC+ 9 software carries no license charge on every instance type listed. Your hourly charge covers the underlying AWS EC2 compute you run it on. You pay for the running instance capacity, not the operating system. The Arm-based (aarch64) images run without a paid subscription.
Am I charged when an instance is stopped or powered off?
You pay only for the hours each instance runs. A stopped or powered-off instance does not accrue running charges. Note that attached AWS storage may still incur separate AWS fees while the instance is stopped, but the RLC+ software adds no charge in any state.
What is included in the free RLC+ tier, and what requires a separate paid product?
RLC+ includes pre-integrated GPU drivers and portal access at no license cost. It does not include guaranteed support response times, Long-Term Support, or FIPS 140-3 compliance. You can submit tickets, but no service-level agreement applies and responses are not guaranteed. Those production features come from a separate paid product.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
