What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate Check Point Antivirus for its robust and reliable protection against malware and phishing attacks, which was critical in providing the security I needed for my office network. I love the real-time threat intelligence which effectively addresses delayed threat detections I faced with my previous vendor. The lightweight performance ensures minimal impact on my system, and the centralized management simplifies overseeing security across multiple devices. Additionally, the installation was smooth and straightforward; deploying the software via the management console was efficient, and the setup wizard made configuration easy. I enjoy the fact that it actively detects and blocks malware and ransomware threats and scans emails and web activities to prevent phishing attacks. The real-time threat intelligence provides excellent protection against zero-day and advanced threats. Since implementing Check Point, I notice a marked improvement in day-to-day operations with proactive threat management enhancing IT efficiency. I find features such as automatic updates and customizable policies commendable, as they contribute to maintaining consistent security across all devices. Furthermore, integration with my endpoint management system and networking security simplifies operations through centralized management.

What do you dislike about the product?

When using our previous antivirus solution, McAfee, we experienced several issues that prompted us to switch to Check Point Antivirus. Specifically, we encountered delayed threat detections which compromised our security response times. There was also a noticeable impact on system performance, making it less efficient to run daily operations. Additionally, the management of the software was overly complex, which was time-consuming and added to our administrative workload.

I find the product actively detects malware, phishing, and zero-day threats, improving security and IT efficiency with centralized management and real-time intelligence.

One thing I dislike about Check Point Antivirus is that the configuration options can be a bit overwhelming, especially for teams that are new to the platform. While it's powerful, setting up the right threat prevention profiles and exclusions takes time and expertise.

Check Point Antivirus is solving the problem of constant, evolving threats malware, phishing, ransomware that could easily slip through the cracks.
