The application includes modules for: compliance and policy management, risk management, audit management, privacy management, regulatory change management, and more. The license is based on the IRM Operator - any user who is part of any IRM application workflow or process. This GRC Product Line includes also: Business Continuity Management (BCM) PROD13219 priced per Business Continuity Manager, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) , Environmental, Social Governance (ESG) and other applications in the ServiceNow GRC portfolio.
