Engagements may be structured as a standing incident-response retainer, an emergency response project, a compromise assessment, a forensic investigation, or a combined incident response, threat hunting, and threat intelligence service. Investigations can cover identity, endpoint, network, email, cloud control-plane, application, storage, security-platform, and OT telemetry across the customer's authorized environment.
