    Seamless Integration and Fantastic Support

    Reviewed on Apr 28, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Duro integrates with all of our software and has been our one stop for PLM and PDM. The thoroughness of the online tutorials and guides are only outmatched by the support team that's only an email away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duro is a growing platform with the occasional bug. But with the constant updates, any bugs you do find will likely be gone in the next release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a simple workflow is key in any workspace, and Duro streamlines so you can spend more time on what matters.

Meets our feature requirements & easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good documentation, good experience when interacting with Duro team so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing we "dislike" so far about Duro. Is it more expensive than some alternatives (but I suspect it's also easier to set up and a little more user friendly)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Duro as a PDM/PLM system to 1) manage our BOM by storing all component details, component part numbers, sub assembly hierarchy, etc., 2) component purchasing info (suppliers, price/volume, etc.), 3) component versioning. In particular, we wanted a solution that would support both our mechanical and electrical components. Altium 365 has quite good support for the latter--if you only working with an eBOM and use Atlium, just stick with Atlium 365, no need for Duro. However, if you have a mechanical BOM, Duro is a very good solution--with or without an eBOM.

Duro has streamlined our engineering work flows with its intuitive interface and ease of use. We considered other legacy softwares but what truly set them appart was their great customer support - responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant downsides so far, though we still need to finish up the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duro supports our PLM needs by providing a modern and streamlined interface.

Finally a PLM solution for fast paced hardware companies

    Reviewed on Jan 02, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I have previously used 3DX and solidworks products, and while some form of PLM solution is needed, we always hated the clunky and unituitive interface of other product. After being fed up with 3DX, I came across duro and tried it out.

Duro still has all of the advanced features of existing solutions, but with a clean and logical interface that doesn't feel like a burden to use. Getting up and running was very fast and easy, with far better support resources than we have had with other solutions, although we found we didn't even need much help. Duro does what a PLM asystem should do, save time and reduce organizational burden so we can focus on actual engineering work. For a small team, the straightforward use and minimal time sink to set up was critical for us, but there are extensive features that ensure we won't have to change systems as we scale up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a newer product so there are still integrations and features under development, but I haven't found it lacking in any way yet.

I can only compare to the 3DX platform in which there were technically a lot more features, but half of them didn't make sense or didn't work. Everything on duro just works, with far fewer bugs than 3DX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces organization burden on an extremely busy engineering team. Greatly improves our accuracy in managing component development right through to manufacturing, without getting in the way of a rapid iteration workflow.

    Duro PLM System review

    Reviewed on Dec 20, 2024
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Duro is its intuitive dashboard and user-friendly design. As someone who used a PLM system for the first time at a previous company, I found Duro incredibly approachable and easy to learn. It made the transition to using a PLM system seamless and gave me confidence in navigating the platform.

Additionally, I greatly appreciate the Duro team’s responsiveness and efficiency. They are quick to address tickets, provide effective solutions, and are an absolute pleasure to work with. Their support truly enhances the overall experience of using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Duro are the occasional bugs that can make working with the system challenging at times. However, my experience has been that the Duro team is highly responsive and proactive in addressing these issues. They work efficiently to resolve bugs, which helps minimize disruptions and ensures a smoother overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duro helps us efficiently track BOMs, components, and versioning as our product evolves through various iterations. Its robust version control ensures that we maintain a clear record of changes, which is critical for managing a rapidly developing product. By centralizing and streamlining these processes, Duro saves us time and reduces the risk of errors, allowing us to focus more on innovation and less on administrative tasks.
