Vendor refund policy
LiveU may terminate your Order and receipt and use of the Service at any time for convenience with written notice, which may be by email, if so LiveU will repay to you all fees that you paid in advance for use of the Service that was not made due to the termination. In the event of such termination, you and LiveU will then be released from any further obligation to the other under the Order and associated Terms and Conditions, except for obligations that by their terms survive termination.
