What we deliver
- AI Discovery: use-case framing, data readiness, model and architecture selection on Amazon Bedrock or Amazon SageMaker, success metrics, and cost model.
- Generative AI Proof of Concept: a 3-6 week PoC against an agreed hypothesis and success criteria, built on Amazon Bedrock (foundation models, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, Agents / AgentCore) with an offline and online evaluation harness, so investment is de-risked before the full build.
- Production Build: RAG and agentic applications with retrieval on Amazon OpenSearch Serverless or Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL (pgvector) over documents in Amazon S3; voice with Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Polly, and Amazon Lex; vision with SageMaker or Amazon Rekognition; document extraction with Amazon Textract; orchestration on AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and Amazon EKS; channels via Amazon API Gateway, Amazon Connect, or the customer's web and mobile apps.
