Approach
Adastra will lead a series of discovery sessions and workshops focusing on your organization’s current BI platform and infrastructure state, enterprise source systems, analytics challenges, future state goals, and analytics use cases. Following this discovery, Adastra will work with you to define a migration approach and then create and execute the detailed migration plan.
