This service includes:
- The implementation of Flexera One IT Visibility
- Connecting two initial datasources (Usually FNMS or another ITAM tool plus a CMDB-like source, SCCM or somthing similar
- Initial normalisation and matching
- out-of-the box reporting / dashboard set-up
- Workshop to handover dashboards and reporting
- Hypercare
- Additional consultancy days (optional)
This service covers three phases:
- Discovery and planning - The first phase will be used to gather all relevant information on the clients’ infrastructure, needs and requirements and the checks and balances against the Flexera tooling standard possibilities. In this first phase, we define the actual scope of the implementations, the user-stories and requirements and the necessary changes within the infrastructure. The overall outcome is then used to re-define the Statement of Work for the implementation of the tooling and the actual planning of activities.
- Execution and Implementation - The second phase is the phase where the implementation of the ITV modulea takes place, as well as the handover to the client
- Hypercare - The final phase is hypercare or early life support where we will provide a pool of days to be used for the client to be provided support on the operational implementation for a period of 3 months.
