Engagement Phases and Deliverables
Perficient follows the AWS Transform Define-Execute-Verify-Learn cycle, delivering named artifacts at each phase:
- Define Phase (Weeks 1-3): Portfolio discovery workshop, prioritized application inventory, transformation pattern catalog, and modernization roadmap. Perficient captures organization-specific transformation patterns and designs the end-to-end strategy.
- Execute Phase (Weeks 4-8+): Automated code transformations executed across application waves in parallel.
