You buy access as usage units. Two base packages set your starting point: one covers a single user with 150 keywords and two monthly Requests for Information (RFI), the other covers five users with up to 300 keywords. From there, you add capacity as needed. Add-ons let you buy extra user licenses, another 100 keywords, or an additional RFI into a specific threat. You can also purchase standalone units for Digital Risk Discovery, Early Warnings predictive intelligence reports, and Takedown Service on a per-request basis. Each option is priced independently, so you scale by adding units.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A keyword is a term the platform monitors across surface, deep, and dark web sources. The one-user package includes 150 keywords; the five-user package includes up to 300. Buy an Additional 100 Keywords unit to raise your monitored total. Keyword and user add-ons bill independently, so each stacks on top of your base package.
An RFI is a request for deeper analysis into a specific threat. The one-user package includes two RFIs per month. If you need more, buy Additional Request for Information units. Each extra RFI is priced per request and bills separately, so cost rises only with the RFIs you actually order.
Takedown Service bills per request. You pay each time you ask the vendor to remove harmful content, such as fake social media accounts, impersonating domains, or copyright-infringing material. It is not a recurring subscription charge. Cost scales only with the number of takedown requests you submit.
