Lab Flow is an AI-powered diagnostic lab operations platform built on AWS that helps clinical, molecular, and anatomic pathology laboratories accelerate workflows from order intake to reported result through automated accessioning, specimen tracking, result routing, and structured reporting workflows. Leveraging Amazon Bedrock, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and MCP-enabled integrations, the solution connects laboratory information systems (LIS), instrument middleware, order-intake channels, and clinical systems to deliver explainable, citation-backed operational intelligence across the diagnostic testing lifecycle.

The platform automates the labor-intensive tasks traditionally associated with diagnostic lab operations, including ingesting orders from fax, portal, and EHR channels, managing accessioning and specimen-tracking exceptions, orchestrating rule-driven result routing and reflex testing logic, and generating structured reports for reviewer sign-off.
