    Secured version of Kurian Java Machine with OpenJDK LTS version 8. An Eclipse Temurin build is preinstalled on this AMI and JAVA_HOME points to the install location.

    Kurian has released pre-configured software applications such as Wordpress, Jenkins, databases, LAMP stack, Ansible, DevOps tools, and monitoring applications that are widely used by system administrators and DevOps engineers. For selected Linux distributions hardened images based on CIS benchmark are also available. The Kurian AMIs are built following official installation steps so you do not need to learn any custom procedures if additional configurations need to be done.

    What do you like best about the product?
    1. Easy to install and easy to use
    2. It is required to build java based software like android.
    3. Easy to lean
    4. Nice and helpfull community
    5. With ubuntu it increases the performance

    1. There are not many features here compare to others
    2. Need to improve on docs and add some tutorial videos to use it
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    1. I am using flutter which need java for its android app development
    2. Writing and running java code in ubuntu

    If you need java then go for it.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Open JDK is open-source product and it's free. All the updates and bug fixes ( including security issues) are delivered quickly and in time.
    There are also docker images to use with OpenJDK
    What do you dislike about the product?
    No issues found, everything went well...
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    OpenJDK is good at non-commercial projects. It's good to use it when you don't want to pay Oracle for the official support (it's not always necessary cause OpenJDK has great community)

    Open JDk Java machine is power full tools for Java based software development, it either Android or web app for e-commerce or enterprise applications.

    No discovered any points while using it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It provides the main functionality to convert Java code to byte code conversion efficiently.

    One time setup at the time of installation and multiple jdk can be installed just need to set java home when needed
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing is there for disliking open jdk..

    Everything is there for coding when using jdk in ubuntu

    Please go for ubuntu when using jdk or anything. Ubuntu with jdk is very supportive and compatible as compare with another os
