    Agentic Migration

     Info
    Sold by: TBSCG
Cross-platform CMS, DAM, and commerce migrations delivered 50-70% faster with agentic AI. Four agent functions handle the structural work; senior engineers carry the judgement calls. Component mapping, content transcoding, asset migration, and tone-of-voice alignment, all running against your acceptance criteria. Currently in delivery for a global asset management client and other tier-one enterprises through a deliberate pioneer programme to 2026. Named reference status available for the right early engagements. Built by TBSCG over a decade as internal delivery infrastructure, with the agentic AI layer added in 2025. AWS Advanced Consulting Partner. Twenty years of enterprise migration experience.

    Overview

    What this is

TBSCG's proprietary agentic migration capability, delivered through AWS Marketplace as a productised professional services engagement. The capability has been built and refined as internal delivery infrastructure over more than a decade. The agentic AI layer added in 2025 is the move that turns its speed gains step-change rather than incremental.

It is a deployed agentic capability that runs through a TBSCG-led engagement, with named senior engineers supervising the agents against your acceptance criteria. The accelerator handles cross-platform migrations: CMS to CMS, DAM to DAM, commerce to commerce, and any combination of all three. Source-agnostic on input. Target-agnostic on output.

    What "agentic" means here

The accelerator does not run scripts that execute fixed sequences. It runs agents: software components given a goal that autonomously determine how to achieve it, making decisions at each step and handling variation without human intervention for routine cases. The human stays in the loop at defined thresholds. When an agent encounters something genuinely ambiguous, it flags the decision rather than guessing. For the 90 per cent of content and components that are not ambiguous, the agents run without stopping. That is where the 50 to 70 per cent faster delivery and 60 per cent plus reduction in manual effort come from.

    What it does: four functions

Component mapping. The accelerator analyses any website and identifies its component structure: the repeating visual and markup patterns that make up the pages. Visual analysis where possible, markup analysis as fallback. The structural insight that drives the speed: most sites, regardless of size, reduce to approximately five distinct page patterns. Once mapped, the accelerator propagates across the entire estate. Weeks of manual audit run in hours.

Content transcoding. Content extracted from any source system, converted into a neutral interchange format, restructured for any target system. Currently proven across Magnolia, Contentful, and Contentstack as targets. Adobe Experience Manager target support being added. Content arrives in the target system structured correctly, not dumped as raw HTML.

Asset migration. Images, files, and digital assets identified in source, downloaded, and deposited directly into the target DAM. No manual download-and-re-upload cycle. No broken image links to chase. Weeks of manual work automated end to end.

Tone-of-voice alignment. Content rewritten to match the target brand voice. Brand guidelines load as a reference; the accelerator reads source content, applies the guidelines, and produces rewritten copy structured to the target content model. The agentic layer at its most visible: AI making content decisions, not just moving files.

    The pioneer programme

The accelerator is a proven capability built over more than a decade and refined through real enterprise migration programmes. The 2025 agentic AI layer is the most significant evolution in its history, and it is currently in active delivery with a global asset management client.

We are running a deliberate pioneer engagement programme through 2026. A small number of named reference clients receive the accelerator on preferential terms in exchange for reference status and the privilege of shaping its evolution. This is the right phase of the platform's lifecycle: substantive enough to be trusted, current enough to give early clients a meaningful competitive edge. The reference slots are limited and selected against fit, not first-come-first-served.

    Why TBSCG

A decade-old proprietary accelerator, refined through real enterprise migration programmes, with a 2025 agentic AI layer that is genuinely differentiated in the market. AWS Advanced Consulting Partner. Twenty years migrating enterprise CMS, DAM, and commerce estates for clients including Nikon, Bobcat, Herbalife, and El Corte Inglés. Senior engineers on bench, not graduate pyramids assembled offshore.

The brand position: the endpoint of the engagement is your team running the new platform without us. We are built to be let go.

    Adjacent services

The five platform-specific migration listings (Magnolia, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentstack, Contentful, Cloudinary) as productised applications of this accelerator against specific target platforms. DXP Value Assessment as the upstream diagnostic. Grove for the engineering partnership that takes the new platform forward. Canopy for managed support of the running estate.

    Highlights

    • Four agent functions run as supervised workflows. Component mapping identifies the repeating page patterns, propagating across the estate from a baseline of five distinct templates. Content transcoding extracts, restructures via a neutral interchange format, and lands content structured correctly. Asset migration handles images, files, and digital assets end to end. Tone-of-voice alignment rewrites to match the target brand voice. Agents handle volume; senior engineers handle judgement.
    • Platform-agnostic by design. Source-agnostic across Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, custom CMS, legacy DAMs, and bespoke commerce systems. Target-agnostic across Magnolia, Contentful, Contentstack, Cloudinary, and commercetools, with AEM as a target being added. The neutral interchange format makes the accelerator capable of any source-to-target combination. This is delivery infrastructure refined through real programmes, not a commercial software product.
    • Built by TBSCG over more than a decade as internal delivery infrastructure. The agentic AI layer added in 2025 turns the speed gains step-change rather than incremental. Active pioneer engagement with a global asset management client; a small programme of named reference engagements running through 2026. AWS Advanced Consulting Partner. Twenty years of enterprise CMS, DAM, and commerce migration for clients including Nikon, Bobcat, Herbalife, and El Corte Inglés. Senior engineers on bench.

    Support

    Vendor support

The accelerator is deployed through a TBSCG-led engagement. Every engagement is run by a named senior engineering team and a dedicated project manager. Senior, not rotational.

Pioneer engagement model through 2026. A small number of named reference clients receive the accelerator on preferential terms in exchange for reference status. The phase is deliberate, the slots are limited, and selection is against fit rather than first-come-first-served.

After the migration, four options for ongoing engagement:

Hypercare. Immediate response in the weeks immediately after launch.

Canopy. 24/7 productised managed support, scoped strictly to support and not blurred into change work.

Grove. Long-form engineering partnership where the same senior team carries the platform forward over years.

Recovery. Available if a TBSCG engagement is needed to remediate a previous supplier's work rather than build new.
