Depending on the engagement, Sidea Group may provision or configure AWS resources within the customer AWS environment using secure AWS-native access mechanisms and identity management best practices. Detailed architecture, infrastructure, security, and access documentation can be provided as part of the service delivery. Customers are responsible for any AWS infrastructure, software, or third-party service costs incurred within their AWS accounts in addition to fees associated with the professional services engagement. Sidea Group provides end-to-end support from assessment and planning through implementation, optimization, governance, and knowledge transfer.
