AllianceMind CAPTAIN Pilot: Coalition Selling for AWS Co-Sell

     Info
A governed 90-day pilot applying CAPTAIN reasoning to live multi-party enterprise deals where AWS, ISV, and SI partners shape the outcome.

    Overview

The CAPTAIN Opportunity Pilot is a professional services engagement for CROs, alliance leaders, and revenue leaders who sell in AWS-led, multi-party environments. Enterprise deals are won by coalitions, not single vendors. The pilot puts CAPTAIN, AllianceMind's governed reasoning platform, to work on a defined set of your live opportunities where AWS, independent software vendors, and systems integrators all influence the outcome. This is not generic sales training or standalone advisory.

    What CAPTAIN is

CAPTAIN is the software implementation of Coalition Selling™, AllianceMind's execution methodology for multi-party enterprise selling. It is a governed system around a bounded reasoning component: evidence controls, confidence ceilings, fabrication gates, provenance, and audit before anything is emitted. CAPTAIN recommends; the seller decides. It does not forecast close probability, score deal health, or replace your CRM or partner data platform.

    What the pilot delivers

    • Pilot scoping and selection of up to ten live opportunities
    • Method Pack configuration for your coalition motion, including AWS co-sell rules of engagement
    • A Coalition Dashboard for each selected opportunity
    • A CAPTAIN Brief per opportunity: a three-page, evidence-backed read of coalition readiness that ends in the executive decisions needed
    • Enablement for sellers, alliance managers, and partner teams working the selected deals
    • Weekly review cadence with AllianceMind leadership
    • Executive readout with a go / no-go recommendation on expanding CAPTAIN across the coalition motion

    Who this is for

    • ISVs and services firms selling with AWS through AWS Marketplace and AWS Partner Central co-sell
    • Revenue teams working deals where partner influence decides the outcome
    • Leaders who want decision-grade visibility into coalition readiness without adding another reporting layer

    Related AWS services and products

This engagement relates to AWS Marketplace and the AWS Partner Network co-sell motion, including opportunities managed in AWS Partner Central. Pilot scope, opportunity count, duration, and deliverables are defined and agreed in the private offer prior to start. Any AWS infrastructure the buyer chooses to run is billed separately by AWS and is not part of this engagement.

AllianceMind brings operating experience from enterprise alliance and revenue leadership at Oracle, Salesforce, and Workday, including AWS Marketplace co-sell strategy. The result is a governed, repeatable way to work the deals that only a coalition can win.

    Highlights

    • Built for AWS co-sell and partner-led deals: designed for opportunities where AWS, ISVs, and systems integrators all influence the outcome, with a defined 90-day scope and executive readout.
    • Governed reasoning on live deals: every recommendation carries its evidence, provenance, and confidence ceiling, with fabrication gates and audit before anything is emitted. CAPTAIN recommends; your sellers decide.
    • Two artifacts, no noise: a Coalition Dashboard per opportunity and a three-page CAPTAIN Brief that ends in the executive decisions needed to move the deal.
