Overview
Amazon EKS provides the scale and reliability platform teams depend on, but managing fleets of clusters across accounts and regions often leads to tool sprawl, governance gaps, rising costs, and increasing operational overhead. SUSE Rancher for AWS solves this by delivering the first fully managed Rancher experience that is available exclusively on the AWS Marketplace.
This SaaS control plane connects directly to your EKS environments and requires no hosting, no upgrades, and no infrastructure to maintain. You can import clusters in minutes and apply consistent access controls, governance, cost insights, and performance visibility across your entire EKS footprint.
SUSE Rancher for AWS includes an AI SRE guide powered by Amazon Q and Amazon Bedrock , that helps teams interpret cluster information, understand configurations, troubleshoot issues, and navigate Kubernetes concepts using natural language. All guidance respects existing SSO and RBAC permissions.
Built-in SUSE Observability provides lightweight eBPF insights along with unified metrics, logs, traces, and cost analysis. This helps teams right size resources, identify inefficiencies, and reduce waste. Together, these capabilities simplify Amazon EKS multi cluster management and give teams the clarity and visibility needed to operate with confidence.
SUSE Rancher for AWS is ideal for small teams as well as companies operating EKS at scale. It provides a unified, AWS native experience that streamlines Kubernetes operations without increasing operational burden.
