What does the throughput unit measure, and how do I choose the right tier?
The unit is Gbps, the peak network traffic DART AI monitors and analyzes. Each tier sets a ceiling: up to 2, 5, 20, 50, or 100 Gbps. Match the tier to your highest expected traffic volume. The platform processes 100% of network data in real time within that throughput limit.
If my traffic grows past my tier's Gbps limit, does the cost change automatically?
Each tier is a fixed contract sized to a throughput ceiling. Exceeding your limit is not billed automatically as overage. To handle more traffic, you move to a higher throughput tier. DART AI is software-based and scales with demand, but the throughput ceiling is set by the tier you buy.
Do all tiers include the same features, or do higher tiers add capabilities?
All five tiers include the core DART AI feature set: real-time visibility, anomaly detection, performance insights, and a dedicated deployment. The tiers differ in processing capacity and throughput ceiling, not in features. Higher tiers provide more capacity for larger traffic volumes and dedicated infrastructure for demanding environments.
