Vendor support
Buyers of VRBTM product receive ongoing operational support as part of their subscription. Support is delivered by VRFYs dedicated Run function, which owns the live service end-to-end and is responsible for availability, security posture, incident response, and customer coordination throughout the contract term. Support includes continuous platform monitoring, structured incident management, and defined escalation paths. VRBTM deployments, including time-bound pilots, are supported using the same production-grade operational standards for the duration of the engagement. Customers can access support through multiple channels. In-product AI support provides immediate guidance and automated triage. Email support is available via support@vrfyinc.com from approved customer domains. Each customer is assigned a named Customer Success Manager who acts as the primary point of contact for operational support, adoption guidance, and escalation management. Executive escalation is available for critical incidents or contractual risk scenarios. Response expectations are severity-based. Critical issues (such as service unavailability or security risk) are triaged immediately with rapid escalation. High-priority operational issues receive same-business-day response. General support requests are responded to within one business day. Support does not end at go-live. All VRBTM deployments transition through a formal handover into business-as-usual service, with documented support protocols, escalation routes, and operating cadence to ensure predictable, continuous support throughout the lifecycle of the deployment.
