Engagement Process
Phase 1 - Discovery & Assessment (1-2 weeks) We review your current-state architecture, identify gaps, and deliver a prioritized DevOps roadmap with cost and timeline estimates.
Deliverables: Architecture review document, gap analysis, prioritized transformation roadmap.
Phase 2 - Design & Implementation (4-12 weeks) We build production-ready environments using Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and observability stacks tailored to your workloads.
Deliverables: IaC repositories (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration platform, monitoring dashboards, security baselines.
Phase 3 - Handoff & Managed Operations (Ongoing) We transfer knowledge through runbooks and training sessions, then optionally provide 24/7 managed DevOps support through our SRE team.
Deliverables: Operational runbooks, team training, optional managed services agreement.

DevSecOps Implementation - Embed security scanning, policy-as-code, and compliance checks into every stage of the delivery pipeline. AWS Cloud Migration & Modernization - Migrate legacy workloads to containers, serverless, or managed services with minimal downtime. Monitoring & Observability - Implement full-stack observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing. Cloud Cost Optimization - Identify waste, right-size resources, and implement FinOps practices to reduce AWS spend.
Example Use Case
A SaaS company experiencing slow deployments and frequent production incidents engaged Perimattic to redesign their delivery pipeline. We implemented GitOps workflows on Amazon EKS, automated infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, and deployed a full observability stack. Scope & Prerequisites Buyer must have an active AWS account (or be ready to create one). A designated technical point of contact is required for knowledge transfer. Engagements are scoped on a project or retainer basis following the discovery phase. Services cover AWS environments; multi-cloud support is available on request. Application code development is not included unless explicitly scoped.
Security Practices
Perimattic follows least-privilege access principles when working within client AWS accounts. We use temporary credentials, encrypted communications, and secure secret management throughout every engagement. Access is revoked upon project completion or as defined in the engagement agreement.
