Overview
Most trials miss their enrollment timelines, and many willing patients are lost before a coordinator ever calls: to long web forms, office hours and language. RxIQ is the pre-screening layer of recruitment. A 24x7 text and voice agent, on the web or a dedicated phone line, answers every inbound lead in English or Spanish. It reassures the patient on confidentiality, captures consent before any clinical question, and asks eligibility questions generated from the study's protocol and informed-consent form, configurable per study with no hard-coding.
Every candidate is classified Likely, Possible or Unlikely eligible in real time, with the transcript attached. RxIQ books the visit and routes a patient summary to the coordinator. The coordinator dashboard shows every study (active, draft and inactive), per-patient protocol matching across initial and final screening, the response-level detail behind each eligibility call, and one-click export of patient summaries and transcripts for monitors and IRBs. RxIQ produces a shortlist, not a decision: coordinators and investigators confirm every candidate.
RxIQ is built for regulated research, with role-based access, a full audit trail, end-to-end encryption, and patient data masked before any AI use. It deploys in the customer's own AWS environment, including UK and EU regions for GDPR and data-residency requirements. It is in production at a multi-site US research network, pre-screening candidates across metabolic, liver and pulmonary studies. This engagement covers configuring RxIQ on your studies from their protocols and consent forms, deployment, coordinator onboarding and support, typically starting with a pilot on one enrolling study measured against your current pre-screening.
