This is an 8-week fixed-fee accelerator with four phases. Weeks 1-2 Perficient provides platform setup where we install AgentCore and harden on your AWS account. We provide identity, runtime, gateway, and observability stack deployed and validated. Architecture baseline and governance model established. Weeks 3-4 Perficient provides framework POCs with side-by-side proof of concept across Strands, CrewAI, and LangGraph, each running governed in AgentCore. AI-assisted development throughout. A framework selection scorecard delivered at close. Weeks 5-7 we provide MVP build production-grade reference implementation against a real business use case. RAG pipeline, MCP tool registration, full observability, and a repeatable AI SDLC pipeline delivered to your team. Week 8 is closeout and enablement providing Hands-on team enablement and adoption support. Governance runbook delivered.
