Overview
With Unisys, you will tap into expertise acquired from thousands of cloud projects across highly diverse industries and digitally demanding environments. You'll benefit from a governed review process that leverages the AWS Well-Architected Framework to align critical workloads with best practices.
It's common for companies using cloud technologies in their infrastructure and application stacks to lack a comprehensive set of best practices. This often results in architectures that are functional, but not optimal.
Unisys changes this dynamic by guiding you in assessing application workloads utilizing the Well-Architected Framework. This framework provides proven best practices around cloud architecture and operations along six key pillars: Security, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency, Sustainability, Reliability, and Cost Optimization. This approach eliminates foundational guesswork, enabling your cloud engineers and architects to focus on creating business value through cloud services.
Highlights include:
Governed Review Lifecycle
Unisys guides and governs a review process by engaging with client stakeholders to provide a consistent and formal process. For long-term engagements, including multiple recurring reviews, Unisys works with your workload owners to create a flexible approach. This consists of:
- A series of sessions to assess your environment against best practices
- An analysis of the well-architected report and generate a customized improvement plan
- One or more sessions to review the improvement plan
