You choose one annual base package: Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise. Each package bundles a set number of users, workflows, forms, and production and non-production environments, with Essentials and Professional at Standard support and Enterprise at Premium support. On top of your base package, you can buy add-ons: Anonymous Access (for Essentials or Professional), Connect for SAP, and extra production or non-production servers. You also scale capacity with per-user pricing that steps through volume bands from 1 through 10,000+ users, plus form packs of 25 and workflow packs of 5.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each additional user beyond your base package falls into a volume band based on total count, from 1-99 up to 10,000+. The per-user rate applies to users within that band. Both your base package and the additional-user charges appear on the same annual invoice.
You buy forms in packs of 25 and workflows in packs of 5. Each pack raises the form or workflow limit set by your base package. Forms are web forms you design without code. Workflows are the automated business processes you build. Both bill on top of your base package.
Connect for SAP is a separate add-on not bundled in any base package. It lets you pull data from SAP entities like customers, suppliers, and employees into your applications, forms, workflows, and reports without custom code. You buy it on top of your chosen package.

Usage instructions
- Launch the K2 server image.
- Wait around 10 minutes for all the K2 services to start. one of the services is dependent on another and has a delayed start which takes time.
- Connect using RDP Access K2: a. Click on the login shortcut to launch k2 or entry to C:\K2Link\STS Login - Forms Authentication.url. b. Click on reset password in the login page c. Enter the user: k2networkuser and enter your new password.
