Insurance Underwriting AI Agent – Explainable Risk & Fraud Assessment

VigourSoft designs and deploys an intelligent underwriting agent that unifies applicant, claims, and medical-record data from CRM systems, databases, and document repositories, then uses Amazon Nova 2 Lite to generate transparent, step-by-step risk assessments. The agent is exposed to underwriters as a natural-language Amazon Quick Suite chat experience, backed by an MCP server hosted on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime with OAuth 2.0 authorization, so every recommendation is explainable and traceable end to end.

Scope of Work:

• Discovery workshop to map applicant, claims, and medical-record data sources
• MCP server design covering risk assessment, fraud detection, and underwriting decision tools
• Deployment of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime, Amazon Cognito service-to-service OAuth, DynamoDB, and S3 data stores
