There are two stages of a WAR, both conducted by Nub8’s senior-level AWS-Certified DevOps Engineers:

1. Review your AWS infrastructure for gaps and improvements.
   1. Kick-off meeting, where we define expectations and get to know your needs.
   2. Assessment call with your technical team and go through the questions in the Well-Architected Framework Tool.
   3. We deliver a Well-Architected Framework Review Report with our findings and an improvement plan highlighting high-risk issues that should be addressed ASAP.
2. Remediation (fixing) of identified risks and suggestions for improvements
   1. We help you remediate the selected high-risk issues, either via the IaC, manual changes, or by providing detailed instructions (2-3 weeks).

Submission of Well-Architected Reviews to AWS and a refund of $5,000 in credits for you. After we submit the before and after Well-Architected Reviews to AWS, AWS will send you a survey asking you to rate your experience working with Nub8. After completing the survey, AWS will issue the service credit for $5,000 which can be applied to your AWS account.
