Tsuga offers Enterprise-grade observability running in your cloud (BYOC): Log Management, Infrastructure Monitoring and APM that you can grow fearlessly with.
Tsuga is rethinking observability with a Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) model. We let organizations run observability in their own cloud, keeping data sovereign, costs under control, and performance high - all with the ease of a managed platform. Tsuga provides an end-to-end observability platform to monitor metrics, traces, and logs. We give power back to Platform and SREs teams by helping them improve adoption of observability best practices within organizations. Tsuga is OpenTelemetry-first.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Tsuga sells through Contract pricing with three separate dimensions: Tsuga Unit 1, Tsuga Unit 2, and Tsuga Unit 3, each measured in Units. All three list pricing only through Private Offers, so you contact Tsuga to receive quoted rates. No public per-unit prices appear on Marketplace. The platform runs inside your own cloud account, and Tsuga charges based on ingested data volume. Because the dimensions are set individually through a Private Offer, your final terms and unit counts are negotiated directly with the vendor rather than fixed on the listing.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one Tsuga Unit represent for billing?
Tsuga charges based on the volume of telemetry you ingest, measured per gigabyte. A Unit maps to your ingested data volume rather than to hosts, containers, or metric series. You add services and dimensions without changing the per-unit cost, since pricing scales with data, not infrastructure count.
Does adding hosts, containers, or high-cardinality tags increase my cost?
No. Tsuga prices on ingested data volume, not on infrastructure count or unique metric series. You can add services, spin up containers, expand into new environments, and attach as many labels as your systems need. None of that changes your per-unit cost; only telemetry volume drives the bill.
Do I pay Tsuga separately for the storage and compute it runs in my cloud?
Tsuga runs the data plane inside your own cloud account, so storage and compute hit your AWS bill directly. Data sits in your object storage under your KMS keys. Tsuga does not resell or mark up those AWS services; the Marketplace charge covers the Tsuga platform itself.
