How It Works

1. Free Discovery Call - 15 minutes. No sales team, no demo of a dashboard, no SOW negotiation. Just David asking about your AWS environment.
2. The Report - David gets read-only access and spends 5-10 business days auditing your account. You receive a detailed report: every waste item, dollar amounts, root causes, and fixes. Fee: 15% of annual savings identified.
3. The Fix - David implements the optimizations in your AWS account. 90 days later, savings are verified against your actual bill. Fee: 60% of verified annual savings. If savings are not verified, you owe nothing.
