Overview
AWS DevOps as a Service delivers a fully automated, reliable, and scalable software delivery framework on AWS. We design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines and platform automation using services such as AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeCommit, CodeArtifact, Amazon ECR, AWS CloudFormation or CDK, and deployment targets including Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS/Fargate, AWS Lambda, and Amazon EC2.
Many organizations encounter manual and error-prone releases, long feedback cycles, inconsistent environments, limited deployment visibility, and the absence of automated testing and rollback mechanisms. These issues reduce delivery speed and introduce operational risks. CPS addresses these challenges with certified DevOps engineers, AWS best practices, and a structured automation framework.
Engagement Model
1. Discovery and Landscape Review
We assess your application architecture, deployment workflows, toolchain, and current CI/CD implementation. The review includes release cadence, environment consistency, and operational bottlenecks.
2. DevOps Roadmap and Design
We define a prioritized backlog that covers pipeline automation, tool selection (AWS CodePipeline or GitHub Actions), infrastructure-as-code improvements, deployment patterns, and required observability components. A phased implementation plan ensures predictable execution.
3. Implementation and Integration
Our engineers collaborate with your team to build or optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate environment provisioning with Terraform or CloudFormation, refine deployment strategies, establish monitoring and logging, and standardize operational workflows.
4. Ongoing Operations and Improvement (Optional)
Organizations may transition to Managed Cloud Platform Services for continuous support, operational oversight, optimization of CI/CD pipelines, cost refinement, and long-term maintenance based on release performance metrics.
Key Capabilities
CI/CD Pipeline Implementation
Automated build, test, and deployment workflows for microservices, monoliths, and event-driven architectures using AWS-native or hybrid toolchains.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Standardized and automated environment management using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation/CDK.
Monitoring and Observability
Real-time metrics, logging, and alerting via Amazon CloudWatch, with optional integration of additional observability tooling.
Release Engineering
Modern deployment strategies including blue-green, canary, GitOps workflows, and zero-downtime release processes.
DevSecOps Integration
Automated security scans, dependency checks, policy enforcement, and compliance-ready pipeline configurations.
