Product Overview

Analyze more than 2 Terabyte of genomic data in less than 5 minutes thanks to Huxelerate Hugenomic Library! (*)
Huxelerate Hugenomic library provides a suite of accelerated functions (cores) that solves the most common computational bottlenecks in genomics, such as sequence alignment.
The accelerated functions can be integrated in your data analysis application allowing to gain order of magnitude in performance, drastically cutting development effort:

  • You call them in your code as you would do with any function, with no hardware expertise
  • We do the heavy lifting by automatically running them on domain specific architectures

The cores inside Huxelerate Hugenomic Library available in this Centos7 AMI are usable as simple C++ software APIs that can be integrated inside your source code with very little effort.
Start by looking at the examples and the documentation at: https://platform.huxelerate.it/docs/index.html to see how to get started with Huxelerate Hugenomic Library.
Development and test can be performed on your local machine, by requesting software emulators on Huxelerate Platform: https://platform.huxelerate.it.
Emulators allow to test locally and move on the instance once you are ready to get maximum performance.
Huxelerate Hugenomic Library is composed of:
  • Sequence Aligner
  • Signal Aligner
  • Ksw2c Aligner
  • Ksw2s Aligner

(*) Test performed on f1.16xlarge with Hugenomic Sequence Aligner aligning 4 billion pairs of 250bp sequences.
