    Overview

    Effectual Professional Services will work with you to establish a CCoE. A CCoE is a governing group or team that leads the organization in cloud adoption, migration, operation, and transformation.

    The Effectual CCoE Accelerator is a package of foundational documents describing a CCoE framework tailored to the customer’s organization. These documents provide the authority and guidance to construct a CCoE deliberately designed to drive engagement and collaboration across key stakeholder communities (internally and externally) to ensure that cloud evaluations and decisions are made in a more holistic and timely manner.

    What we do: In this 6–10-week engagement (dependent on size of existing environment(s)), Effectual will partner with you to review your existing teams, organizational structure, interview key stakeholders, and produce a series of documents to establish your CCoE.
