These pillars span strategic, operational, and tactical levels — all delivered by insider risk experts. Intelligence pillar delivers Insider Threat Intelligence Reports, In-Depth Adversary Profiles, Quarterly Threat Briefings, and Requests for information (RFI). The Risk pillar delivers user risk prioritization, risk model reviews, and custom use case development. The Threats and Investigations pillar delivers managed threat hunting, customer directed hunts, and insider threat investigations. The Training & Enablement pillar delivers Insider Risk Program Enablement, Analyst Training and Certifications, and platform Requests for Assistance (RFA). i3 is available in two formats, Elite and Enhanced. Both options received insider threat intelligence reports with actionable guidance, quarterly briefings, and 6 RFIs while Elite offers 12 RFI's and more tailored guidance and in-person quarterly briefings. In Risk Analysis, Enhanced differentiates by having weekly user risk prioritization and 6 custom use cases developments per year while Elite delivers daily user risk prioritization and 12 custom use case developments per year. In Threats & Investigations, Enhanced has monthly managed threat hunts, 6 customer directed hunts per year, and 6 investigations per year, while Elite has Bi-weekly managed threat hunts, 12 customer directed hunts per year, and 12 investigations per year.
