Following the collection schedule recommended by the International Consortium of Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM), ZEDOC delivers email or SMS messages to patients with secure links to questionnaires.
The collected data is then transformed into actionable insights that will help you measure, analyse, and improve care for your patients.
PROMs used: KOOS-PS, HOOS-PS, EQ-5D-5L.
Licence fees and approvals are not included in this care pathway. However, ZEDOC can facilitate the application process with the relevant bodies.
