After subscribing, customers are contacted within 2 business days by the Jentic team to begin onboarding. Once configured, customers receive a detailed readiness report, score breakdown, and improvement recommendations based on the scoring framework. For production-scale adoption or integration into platform workflows, the Jentic team can advise on next steps within the broader Jentic platform.
